mad props to tumblr for ditching tumblarity. now, get rid of those awful formsprings.
Every time I see a formspring (does it work that way as a noun?) I get the mental image of an insistent child tugging at a pant leg, pleading “PAY ATTENTION TO ME!”
Or if that metaphor doesn’t work, a mainlined crystal meth version of the social networking high.

Both my parents graduated from UCLA. One has an MD, the other has a JD.
Both of them want me to transfer to a school with a better reputation.
They think I’ll wind up not being accepted into grad school and working at starbucks.
I’m scared, because I know what they’re afraid of, but I think I’d be miserable uprooting myself and going through the stress…
